Ignite
Ignite is a networking and educational forum welcoming local members of the professional community and students of all ages to our state-of-the-art facilities at the Levin JCC. Through talks and interviews with business and community leaders who have ties to the Durham-Chapel Hill Jewish community, Jewish for Good provides a unique venue to promote corporate social responsibility, community building, and continuing education. Each year, in partnership with Beth El Synagogue and the Jewish Book Council, we bring together best-selling authors, world-renowned speakers, and industry-influencing filmmakers, to speak about their work and process read excerpts from their books.
Jewish Film Series
JEWISH FILM SERIES
Each month our Film Festival Series features a movie that highlights the work of Jewish and Israeli directors, actors, and screenwriters. Selections include a wide variety of genres, such as documentaries, dramas, and comedies. Some films may not be suited for all ages. Happy screening!

Clinical Connections
CLINICAL CONNECTIONS
Clinical Connections is a continuing education series for mental health professionals meeting on Fridays monthly throughout the academic year. Programs provide opportunities for learning, earning educational contact hours, and networking with colleagues. All programs are worth two contact hours and take place one Friday a month from 12-2pm.

Clergy Conference
CLERGY CONFERENCE
For years each spring we have brought together interfaith clergy from around the state for a half day of learning together. Past conferences have included Marc Brettler on Reading the New Testament as a Jewish Book; Joel Marcus, Jesus and the Torah; and Drs Eric and Carol Meyers, Violence, Anti-Semitism, and the Old Testament.

INTRO TO JUDAISM
Always been curious about Judaism? Never paid attention in Hebrew school? Thinking about joining the Tribe? Using the Miller Program, this class is an open and engaging 18-week experience geared toward both Jews and non-Jews who want to learn more.
