Building for Good Capital Campaign
The word is out! We are full steam ahead with our Building for Good Capital Campaign, and — with your generous support — we are ALMOST THERE.
This exciting project will allow us to fulfill so many aspects of our mission and our current strategic priorities, but we still need your help to make it all possible. The plan is to raise $10.5 million dollars by fall/winter 2024, which will allow us to build the facilities we need to sustain growing program opportunities, launch new services, and pay off all remaining debt.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS OPENING IN FALL 2024 INCLUDE:
NEW Gindes Adult Day Center, with designated entrance
NEW covered entrance to the Levin JCC
NEW playgrounds, gardens, and other greenspaces
NEW designated sensory spaces
Enhanced sound and lighting in our Schechter Community Hall
More parking!
About the project
Jewish for Good has never been stronger, with our visionary CEO Jill Madsen and a strong team of diverse community leaders leading the way to a new era of unity and growth. The opening of the Levin JCC in 2011 ushered in a host of new community-building services, but we have reached the limit of what we can accomplish in our current facilities.
To meet the needs of our local Jewish community in the 2020s and beyond, we are expanding our facilities to offer an array of new mission-centered programs and services while also enhancing existing ones too.
Timeline
As construction nears completion, we are focusing our attention on wrapping up our fundraising efforts by the end of this fiscal year. Don’t miss the chance to leave your mark on Jewish for Good as we close out this once-in-a-decade capital campaign throughout the fall!
