SIX-WEEK SMALL GROUP
HEALTH COACHING

Increase mindfulness skills to add positive changes to any area of your life. Learn how to set short-term, achievable goals that become sustainable habits. The small group (3-6 participants) format provides a supportive, motivating, and fun atmosphere.

Wednesdays, March 5 - April 9, 5:15-6:15pm

Led by Andrea Didisheim, RYT, Integrative Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Mindful Movement and Meditation Teacher.


KETTLEBELL 101
CLINIC

We’ll go over all of the key fundamental movements of kettlebell: swings, snatches, squats, military presses, push presses, and cleans. Each session will begin with a warm-up (5-10 minutes of active/dynamic stretching), main event (workout or instruction), and cool-down (static stretching for 5-10 minutes). Join us upstairs in the Group Exercise Studio.

BARBELL 101
CLINIC

Master barbell basics and strength training in this four-week beginner-friendly program. Learn proper form, programming, and how to build strength. The small group format (1-5 participants) ensures personalized attention.

NEW group exercise offering: pre-natal yoga!

Wednesdays, 6:45-7:45pm

Deepen your connection to yourself, your baby, and other expectant parents as you celebrate your pregnancy through yoga.

Through physical movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques, prenatal yoga will keep your body strong and flexible, improving your posture, circulation, and digestion while increasing your energy and reducing stress. Regular yoga practice will help alleviate common aches and discomforts like nausea, fatigue, back pain, and anxiety, among others.

About the Instructor, Vanessa Michel:
A certified Mamaste™ Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor, Doula, and Childbirth Educator, Vanessa Michel joyfully guides students through a journey which extends far beyond the mat a regular asana practice.

NIA JAM: SPRING EQUINOX

Sunday March 16, 2-3:30pm

FREE + OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Join us for a spirited Nia Jam Dance Fitness Class with our favorite Nia instructors at Jewish for Good!

This fun and energetic dance workout combines martial arts, dance, and mindfulness, nurturing your body, heart, and mind.

Please bring donations of non-perishable food items to help stock our Food Pantry and provide critical support to nearly one hundred families each month!

NOW OFFERINING: FALL PREVENTION TRAINING

One-on-one balance/fall prevention training with a physical therapist!

This training is for anyone who wants to be proactive about preventing falls and maintaining balance. Training will include individualized exercises and activities designed to target the vestibular, visual, and proprioceptive balance systems, as well as muscular strengthening, footwork, and balance recovery drills.

Classes are 45-minutes long, and can be purchased individually or in three- or five-packs!

One session: $85 (members) / $95 (guests)
Three sessions: $165 (members) / $180 guests)
Five sessions: $235 (members) / $265 (guests)
