The G Day: The G Day is an organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities attend sporting events and other community activities with the assistance of peers. Work Together NC: Work Together NC supports the transition to adulthood for individuals with IDD and their support teams. Our website serves as a one stop hub for finding resources and accessing NC based services. We have also developed an action plan tool that assists with goal attainment in key areas of the transition to adulthood.

Family Support Network of North Carolina: FSN provides support for families of children and youth with developmental disabilities, special healthcare needs, and behavioral health challenges. FSN provides workshops, support groups, parent mentoring, service system navigation and information/referral free of charge to families in our community.

Bridge II Sports: Bridge II Sports educates, develops, and implements opportunities for youth, adults, and Veterans with physical disabilities to play individual, team, and recreational sports finding the player within.

SEAWIND Farm, LLC: We are a social care farm in Mebane, NC, which aims to create an interdependent, life-sharing community of persons with and without disabilities where members can find engagement/occupation/support and live more fully into their values across the lifespan. Opportunities on the farm include, but are not limited to: farming, cooking, animal care, forestry, music making, hospitality, crafting.

Work Together NC: Work Together NC is a statewide initiative focused on the transition to adulthood for people with IDD. Our website serves as a one stop hub for finding NC based services, resources, and developing action plans. The goal of Work Together NC is to help individuals find the community supports they need to transition and thrive as adults. This might include finding a job or a place to volunteer, postsecondary education, housing, social and recreational opportunities, and more.
