Support the arts, creativity, and exploration!

Art education is one of the best ways to promote literacy and brain development in early childhood, an especially important time for hands-on, self-directed learning. Art encourages children’s senses in open-ended play and develops cognitive, social-emotional, and multi-sensory skills. At Jewish for Good’s Early Childhood Center, we believe these experiences are critical for building a strong foundation. Each week, all children have the opportunity to with with our Art Specialist in our state-of-the-art studio, designed specifically with young children in mind.

Through these experiences, children gain:

  • Spatial relations, related to visual literacy

  • Eye/Hand/Brain coordination

  • Verbal creativity

  • Visual creativity

  • Aesthetics

  • Self-esteem

Inside and outside, new spaces for learning and growing:

Each day, children will have the opportunity to be outside, explore in nature, play with their peers, and focus on their physical development.

Help us create a new generation of creators, explorers, and artists by donating to the CAPITAL CAMPAIGN to help build Jewish for Good’s Early Childhood Center art studio and elementary playgrounds.
