Let us say thank you in one of the most Jewish ways we know how — with food! Sit down and enjoy brunch with your friends, family, and fellow members in the Sol Schechter Community Hall, or grab a to-go plate and nosh from the comfort of your own home.
Join us for guided tours of our sparkling new Adult Day Center and Early Childhood Learning Center spaces. We’ll also have our friends from the PJ Library there to entertain the kids with games, face paint, and other fun activities. For an added touch of self-care, our wonderful massage therapists will be here to provide 10-minute chair massages, designed to help you unwind and revitalize.

Glow-in-the-dark POUND GROUP EXERCISE

Join us in the Schechter Community Hall as we lower the blinds and paper the doors for the Glow-in-Dark version of one of our most popular Group Exercise classes, POUND!
The first half of the class will be a traditional POUND class - a full-body drumming workout that uniquely combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks. The second half of the class will be POUND Unplugged, connecting mind, body and sound to create an immersive, sensory experience unlike any other group fitness class. It is a deeply intentional journey that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation.
We'll turn on the blacklights for an out-of-this-world workout. Wear white or neon colors for an electric GLOW experience!
This class is open to all levels and abilities. Equipment will be provided and there will be options to level-up or modify exercises to suit your needs.
