Interested in taking a Group Exercise Class or working out in the Fitness Center?

Come on in and join us! If you are 13-15 years old we will first have you participate in an orientation with a trainer.  Once you complete your orientation you can use the facility (or take a class) but you must have an adult with you at all times. If you are 16 or older you can use the Fitness Center and take a Group Exercise class without orientation or an adult present.
